Every Pokémon has the potential to get stronger! Just think of how Magikarp can evolve into a fierce Gyarados! If your Pokémon aren't getting stronger, it's your training technique that's to blame.

Well, you know what? If one trainer could bring Team Rocket down before, it can happen again! You can do it if you try hard enough, but I think you're going about it all wrong. Trusting Pokémon and guiding them along is what makes them strong enough to overcome any opponent! It takes time, but the results are very rewarding and if you want to be strong enough to stop Team Rocket, that's the kinda strength you need.
