[Silver is stalking through town in a panic. No, a rage. No, a...rage panic. Something is Not Right and it's pretty obvious he's distressed even though in true Silver fashion he's trying to hide it.]

If he's not anywhere here, I'll...! [it's not like he's worried! He's just annoyed because going off somewhere without telling anyone anything is STUPID!]

[Though Silver may not admit it, the rage panic is quite evident as he storms through the town. Saleh can't help but notice.]

Silver? What is troubling you?

Jeb's missing.

[mountain_sage]

...Jeb?

[Unfortunately, he doesn't know him.]

Did the Malnosso take him? Or has he been sent back to his world?

[tsunsandsteals]

Sent back to his world?! But he said you could never leave this place!

...Malnosso. Who are they again?

[mountain_sage]

...We can't leave this place by our own will, no. But it is possible to be sent home by the Malnosso. I've often heard announcements from others, informing us whenever a friend of theirs is sent home.

The Malnosso are the scientists that keep us within this barrier and perform these experiments on us. So they are mostly responsible for everything we endure here.

...oh, right. [on both counts] Yeah, I remember now. [And now he's beginning to freak out even more because if those bastards took Jeb...!]

All right...calm yourself.

Do you know if Jeb still has his belongings here?

...I think so. I need to check the house.

All right, that would be the first step. When someone is sent home, their belongings would vanish. So if Jeb's belongings are still here, then it a safe assumption that he was taken by the Malnosso droids.

[And he'll let Silver lead the way.]

[they reach the house in record time, mostly because Silver is running faster than a Rapidash.]

Okay. If his stuff's gone, then he just got sent home...which I guess is the good one. [It's not like he'd miss Jeb. No way.]

[Unfortunately, Saleh can't run that fast, but he does manage to keep track of where Silver is going. When he reaches the house, he breathes heavily, looking around the house, but not touching anything.]

It would be the good thing if he were sent home...no one deserves to be here, really.

They may be missed by their friends who remain here, but I believe they are better off at home.

Yeah, obviously. [Silver rushes into Jeb's room, then rushes right back out looking angrier than ever]

[mountain_sage]

[Saleh can't help but notice that anger, even feelin it radiating from him.]

...What is it?

His stuff's still here.

They got him.

[mountain_sage]

[Saleh just bows his head, disappointed that there's nothing they can do for him now.]

I see...

Damn it-! [balls his hands into fists, angry and frustrated. He's powerless and that's a feeling he really fucking hates]

[mountain_sage]

[He just watches the boy for a moment before speaking up again.]

...What will you do now?

[tsunsandsteals]

[growl] I'm gonna march right the fuck into their headquarters, wherever they are, and take Jeb back! [it's am lie, of course, he can't do SHIT and he knows it, but right now he's too angry to care.]

[mountain_sage]

[He certainly wasn't expecting an answer like that.]

H-Hold! Do you even know where their headquarters is?

...well, no, but...

[mountain_sage]

Then you mustn't do anything foolish. The only thing we can do is wait for his return, and then take care of him from there.

[tsunsandsteals]

...damn it. [turns away, fists tightening to the point that his knuckles are white]

[mountain_sage]

[And Saleh will partake in another moment of silence, seemingly joining him in this mourning. And then he looks up again. There's only one decision to make, really.]

I'll be in the forest, keeping an eye out for him. I'll contact you when he returns.

[pause, slight glance over to Saleh]

[Aang sees Silver huff right by without noticing him and is concerned. He tries to run up to him.]

Hey, Silver!

[tsunsandsteals]

[he doesn't even stop to mutter a bitchy reply, just keeps storming about]

[Something's definitely up, so he goes into a small jog next to him.]

Is something wrong, Silver?

[tsunsandsteals]

No time. Jeb's missing.

Jeb? What does that person look like? I can help!

Short, brown hair, glasses.

[savedtheworld]

[He nods, not sure if that's specific enough, but it's a start.]
